A property that had sat vacant for over decade, in a conservation area, with shared freeholders of building whose needs had to be taken into account.

We converted it from a two bedroom flat to a three bed flat by moving the kitchen into the reception, thus freeing up the kitchen to convert to another bedroom.

Such was the quality of the work that the freeholders commissioned us to undertake all outstanding jobs for a full restoration of the building, including essential roof repairs, guttering renewal and rebuilding of on site drainage.

As the property sits in a conservation area, all exterior works, windows, finishes etc, had to be signed off by the council to stringent standards.
